Cacao Date Smoothie Recipe
This Cacao Date Smoothie is such a yummy treat, even I have a hard time believing how good it is for us, too. I seriously scraped my blender and licked my glass clean!


Nourishing Cacao Date Smoothie
Ingredients
- 5 dates, small, pitted
- 4 halves walnuts
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, i.e., CocoaVia
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- pinch cinamon
Instructions
- Pour everything in a powerful blender ( I use a Vitamix ) Blend until smooth, pour into a glass and serve.
