As a registered dietitian and nutritionist specializing in healthy aging and longevity, I know how confusing it is to find trustworthy nutrition advice. I am a DIFM (Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine) practicing dietitian which means I utilize an integrative and holistic “food as medicine” approach to wellness based on the Integrative Medicine model. This includes whole-food nutrition, targeted supplements, and mind-body modalities to support a healthy lifestyle.
