It’s officially football season, and Mr. Spicy has just made my holiday shopping, oh-so-much-easier, by asking me for an early Christmas gift.
On his wish list? The Direct TV NFL football package, so he can root AGAINST the “LA Chargers”~formerly the “San Diego Chargers” who broke his heart (seriously!) when they moved to LA last year.
It also means LOTS of football parties at our house, as we have the full-on football viewing heaven backyard.

11 EASY GLUTEN FREE APPETIZERS-HEALHY AND DELICIOUS!
This Mediterranean diet inspired 3-Ingredient Lentil Feta Bruschetta Dip is my “go-to” gluten free appetizer that’s as easy as it gets! Serve it with veggies and gluten free crackers/pita/chips for a crowd pleasing app that’s healthy too!
These gluten-free Guacamole Waffle Bites from Lindsay at The Lean Green Bean, make a great appetizer or side dish. With just a few simple ingredients, they’re packed with flavor and are a fun, easy recipe for anyone to make!
Another one of my favorite gluten free appetizers, this Easy, Creamy Veggie Dip with Greek Yogurt, kale, and bell peppers is a healthy twist on the ever popular spinach dip. Serve it with vegetables and gluten free pita at your next party.
Another “go-to” gluten free appetizer of mine, these cheesy, vegetarian Artichoke Squares are low carb and absolutely delicious! They’re easy to make ahead of time~I promise you, everyone will devour them!
This Healthy Gluten Free Red Pepper Crab Dip from Kaleigh at Lively Table is filled with jumbo lump crab, sweet red bell peppers, and lots of delicious cheesy goodness! Serve it with your favorite gluten free crackers/chips and veggies.
And last, but not least, another easy favorite appetizer of mine, these low carb, gluten free Pepper Jack Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms pack a whole lot of flavor in only 150 calories and are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Seriously addictive!
