OK. So maybe it’s the healthy foodie dietitian nutritionist in me that gets all worked up over salads, and not everyone feels the way I do, but aren’t these salads gorgeous? Don’t they make you feel fabulous just looking at them? Aren’t they, dare I say, sexy???
