Need a quick AND nutritious gluten-free flour mix? Look no further than this Easy, 3-Ingredient All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour Mix, made with sorghum, one of my favorite Super 7 Nutritious Gluten-Free Grains. It’s rich in protein, fiber, B-vitamins, iron, and antioxidants.

It’s super easy to make, and contains a combination of 2/3 high-protein flour {sweet white sorghum flour} plus 1/3 starchy flour {tapioca and potato starches} for a nutritious, mild-tasting gluten-free flour that can be used in a wide variety of gluten-free baked goods.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet white sorghum flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca starch
  • 1/2 cup potato starch {NOT potato flour}

Instructions

  • Combine all 3 ingredients in a mixing blow, and stir with a fork to combine well. Store in a glass jar with lid, or in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 1 year.

Notes

Recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled.
