potato starch {NOT potato flour}
Instructions
Combine all 3 ingredients in a mixing blow, and stir with a fork to combine well.
Store in a glass jar with lid, or in a sealed plastic bag in a cool dry spot, or in the refrigerator for several months.
Notes
Recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled.
