    Thanks so much for the unexpected shoutout re my rant on the latest veg study ;-). I was coming by anyway to see this yummy looking and simple recipe and found my name. Cheers! And I have all of the ingredients for the smoothie and I will be making this in, oh, about 1/2 an hour! Seriously! My strawberries were left out over night and need eating asap so I will get out my Vitamix and start blending – and sharing (my daughter is on school holiday right now so she gets a share too).I have delicious CoYo, so this is perfect (do you have that? Probiotic coconut milk yogurt – mmm)
