Nutrition Entrepreneur Tools

  • Practice Better ~ I tried several different practice management platforms, before settling on Practice Better. The user interface is great + the price is right. There are so many great features~I highly recommend! Please feel free to ask me any questions about using Practice Better~I’m happy to help!
  • Living Plate RX. Customizable meal plans & “done-for-you” blog posts, E-books, presentation slides, and more!
  • The Functional Nutrition Library ~ This is one of my new favorite resources for staying up-to-date on integrative and functional nutrition topics! The on-line “library” includes printable sheets to share with clients on 75+ health conditions, recommendations for supplement brands and dosages, comprehensive guides on special diets, and much more. Truly invaluable!
  • Acuity Scheduling ~ I’m not using this now, because Practice Better also allows on-line bookings, but if you simply want to schedule clients, Acuity Scheduling is very easy to use & the pricing is good.
  • Survey Monkey
  • Google Drive & Google Docs

Website & Hosting

  • BigScoots is my current web host, and they have really great customer service!
  • Astra Pro is my current WordPress themes: It’s easy to set up, has starter themes available, and is highly recommended for site speed!

Other Food Blogger Resources

  • Food Blogger Pro ~ This is a great resource for food bloggers, especially if you want to learn how to start, grow, and monetize your blog. Enrollment is opened throughout the year, so you will join a wait list first. I highly recommend!

  • Todoist ~ I’ve tried so many “to-do list” apps. Todoist is by far my favorite!
  • Silk & Sonder Planner ~ I love pretty things that are functional too! Each month you get a new planner that includes habit tracking, goal setting, bullet journal style note pages and more. I use mine to compliment my Todoist list and find it really helps keep me motivated & focused!

  • PlannThat ~ I love this Instagram app for analytics, researching hashtags, and planning/scheduling Instagram posts and stories.
  • Buffer ~ This is another social media scheduling tool I have used. I’ve used it primarily to schedule Tweets, although you can integrate it with other social media platforms too.
