Ingredients

cashews
raw, unsalted, soaked

Purity coffee beans
ground

tablespoon
pure maple syrup
or to taste

pure vanilla extract
salt
to taste
Instructions
Place cashews in a bowl and cover with hot water. Let stand for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Shortcuts
If you're short on time, you can try using un-soaked cashew nuts. You may need to process the nut butter longer, but it will still be delicious!
