Combine all ingredients in a blender on high-speed.
If not using a frozen tropical fruit blend, Add ice to achieve your desired level of frostiness and blend until all ingredients are well combined.

Ingredient Swaps
Use your favorite seasonal oranges. I love this with Cara Cara oranges in the winter, and Valencia oranges in the summer.
If you can't find a frozen tropical fruit blend (mango, pineapple, strawberry, banana) at the grocery store, use any combination of fresh or frozen fruit.
Not a coconut fan? Swap the coconut milk with any milk or plant-based milk.
Protein powder is optional. You can make this with Noosh almond protein (one of my favorites), whey protein, egg white protein, or any other favorite plain or vanilla protein powder.
