Wash cantaloupe and pat dry. Slice in half and scoop out seeds.
Fill each cantaloupe half with 3/4 cup cottage cheese, then top each hald off with 1/2 cup blueberries, 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, and 1 tablespoon hemp seeds. Enjoy!

LOW FODMAP OPTION: Use lactose free cottage cheese (I like Green Valley Creamery). Decrease blueberries to 1/4 cup or swap with strawberries or raspberries-both will be delicious!
