Notes
INGREDIENT SWAPS
Choose your favorite crisp lettuce or greens. Romaine lettuce works well, but you could try butter lettuce, red leaf lettuce, or even collard greens to make your roast beef lettuce wraps.Make 'em dairy free. Simply omit the Greek yogurt and use extra veganmayo, or use a dairy free unsweetened yogurt.Apples apples, apples! I'm a big time honeycrisp fan, but feel free to swap 'em out with your favorite variety of apple-there are so many delicious ones to choose from!Go green! With your favorite fresh herbs that is. I think these Roast Beef Lettuce Wraps are really tasty with thyme and dill, but you could try others as well-fresh oregano, basil, cilantro...
SERVING TIPS
Make 'em a meal. Or a snack. I ate two Roast Beef Lettuce Wraps for lunch today, and they filled me up, without filling me out. They would be equally delicious for a nourishing snack, or as a fun appetizer at your next party!
