For both smoothies, place all ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend on high until well combined.
Note: Both of these smoothies use little liquid, so use a tamper if needed to incorporate all the ingredients in your smoothie, or stop the blender and scrape the ingredients together with a spatula, then blend again to mix well.
