Perfectly Roasted Asparagus
The most delicious roasted asparagus, and so easy to make!

Pre-heat oven to 400ºF. While oven is heating, wash and dry asparagus.
Lay asparagus out on a rimmed baking sheet, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, then rub it in well. Sprinkle a liberal amount of sea salt and ground black pepper, and roast for 20-30 minutes.
