Acai Smoothie Bowl w/ Wild Blueberries, Strawberries, Macadamia Nuts, & Coconut

Do you know how to make an acai bowl? It's SO easy! Just blend frozen berries with your liquid of choice, along with acai powder. Then, top it off to your heart desire with nuts, coconut, and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup non-dairy or dairy milk of choice
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Acai powder 
  • 4 strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  • Blend *milk* with wild blueberries and acai powder in a high speed blender until all ingredients are well combined. Scrape sides of blender and use tamper as needed to achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Pour smoothie mixture into a serving bowl. Top with sliced strawberries, macadamia nut, and coconut before serving.

Notes

PROTEIN: If you desire additional protein, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to the smoothie blend.
