Blueberry Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional, for a little extra sweetness

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender {start with 1/4 teaspoon cardamom and add more later if you wish after tasting}. Blend on high speed until well-combined. Pour in to glasses and enjoy!
