Re-Boot Green Juice: Apple Kale Lime Basil

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chopped apple with skin core and seeds removed
  • 2 cups loosely packed fresh chopped kale
  • 1 whole lime skin removed
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil

Instructions

  • In a juicer: Place all fruit and veggies in your juicer,and juice per manufacturers directions.
  • In a blender: Place all fruits and veggies, plus filtered water or coconut water as needed, in a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer your juice pulp-free, strain the mixture through a strainer or cheesecloth.
