Ingredients

  • 1 ruby red grapefruit peeled and de-seeded, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened organic soy milk or dairy/non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional 1 scoop Resveratrol Reds Whole Food Blend Antioxidant Powder {affiliate link}

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in Vitamix {affiliate link} or other high powered blender. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and well combined. Serve over ice.
