Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • Fresh lavender {a large handful}
  • Fresh mint {about 2 cups}

Instructions

  • Place lavender and mint in a large pot and pour water over herbs. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain out mint and lavender, and serve hot, or let cool in pot, then pour over ice to enjoy cold.
