Nourishing Cacao Date Smoothie

This rich and creamy Cacao Date Smoothie is SO delicious!  It's vegan, gluten free, and is lightly sweetened with dates-perfect for a heathy treat!

Ingredients

  • 5 dates small, pitted
  • 4 halves walnuts omega-3
  • 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Pinch of cinamon

Instructions

  • Pour everything in a powerful blender ( I use a Vitamix ) Blend until smooth, pour into a glass and serve.

Notes

I used medjool dates. Depending on the size of your dates, you may want to use less than 5, or the smoothie will be too sweet.
