Cinnamon Raisin Pecan Oatmeal Cookie Dough Bites

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except raisins, in food processor with blade attachment. Pulse ingredients together, scraping sides as needed, until well combined. It should be the consistency of a thick nut butter.
  • Place "dough" on parchment paper, add raisins, and mix in to dough using hands. Shape dough in to 12 1-inch balls and enjoy, or cover and store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
