Alphabetized Pinterest Boards

Happiness is having alphabetized Pinterest boards!

In case you think I’ve gone mad, I’ll let you know that most things in my life aren’t this organized {except for my spice rack!}, but I figured if I was having a hard time finding things on my Pinterest boards, you all might be too. Hence, my newly alphabetized Pinterest Boards. I’m totally digging a little order in my somewhat chaotic life-check them out and let me know what you think!

Coconut Vanilla Cherry Smoothie

Coconut Vanilla Cherry Smoothie | Super simple. 5 ingredients. 5 minutes. Healthy!

Fresh cherries may be out of season right now, but you can still happily slurp down your own Coconut Vanilla Cherry Smoothie with these 6 ingredients… 1 cup frozen organic tart cherries {I got mine at Costco} + 1/2 cup non-dairy or dairy *milk* of choice + 1 container of Siggi’s Coconut Yogurt + 1 teaspoon of vanilla + a pinch of sea salt + unsweetened coconut for garnish. Oh, my goodness, yum. Cheers!

El Niño + Ski Season!

Family Ski Trip | Mammoth, California

Not only are we loving this El Nino for the much needed rain here in California, but also because rain means SNOW! My family and I had a great time skiing at Mammoth Mountain between Christmas and New Years. The only {slightly} distressing thing for me is that I am now officially {95% of the time} the last skier down the mountain in my family. But, hey, I’m still having fun. I just need to get back to doing my regular wall sits again 🙂 #jellolegs

Weekly Meal Plan notes: I like to plan 4 meals per week from my own recipes or new recipes, allowing 1 night for leftovers or SUPER quick & easy meals {i.e. grilled cheese sandwiches + tomato soup + apple slices}, and 2 nights for eating out. As a bonus, I’m trying out new recipes for breakfast, lunch {for me}, and a healthy snack each week.   1. You are a power woman! How did you have the time to organize your Pinterest boads, I’m so impressed! To think I thought I was organized, I am definitely not even close lol! I love the hike challenge, it’s brand new to me and I’m so excited to do it with you! Can’t wait to see what trails you find this year 🙂

    1. Ha, ha! Power Woman? I wish! I think it’s more like “Procrastination Woman* b/c if I rearrange my Pinterest Boards, I can ignore the piles of laundry waiting to be done throughout the house 🙂 I can’t wait to get hiking with you too!

  2. Happy New Year lady! I still need a date with my planner, but I have some ideas for 2016. Where does the time go though you know? The break was good, sick kids, but overall a fun time. It’s good to be back to the routine (kind of). Can I just give you my password so that you can clean up my Pinterest boards? Ok, great, thanks! 😉

Sorry to hear about the sick kids-no fun 🙁 Mr. Spicy and I both got sick right before New Years, and although I haven’t felt *terrible*, my cold seems to be lingering longer than I would like it too. And, now my daughter is getting sick right before finals. No fun, but I’m betting we’ll all be healthy by the end of the month 🙂 Ha, ha-happy to help you arrange your Pinterest boards!
