Lavender Mint Tea…Fresh from the Garden.

About a month and a half ago, on a warm winters day, I made up my first ever batch of lavender mint tea.  It was delicious, and  enjoyed it iced that day.  The next day, however, it turned cold and I found out that lavender and mint make an equally delicious hot tea. Today, as the weather gods would have it, it is a beautiful, warm {71 degrees} day here in San Diego. It is most definitely a perfect day for a repeat on that iced lavender mint tea. Healthy eating and exercise are great for keeping stress under control, but sometimes a little extra help is in order to get us in to that zen state.  And, with the holiday season quickly upon us, I thought now would be a good time to share my top 10 stress relievers.
