French Toast with Pecans, Coconut, and Orange Sauce and, a Tale of Two Mornings…

This is a tale of two mornings.  One relaxing, the other, so NOT relaxing, but still fun, nevertheless. Last Saturday morning was the "calm before the storm".  It was time for a slow, leisurely breakfast with my family.
