Strawberry Lemon Tarragon Sauce & a Delicious New Look!

StrawberrySauce2I had hoped to share this dreamy strawberry lemon tarragon sauce with you for last week’s Recipe ReDux event, “using fresh green herbs in a non-traditional way”, but somehow I never found the time to finish my post.

I promise to share the recipe with you today, but, first, please take a peek at my delicious new look, and, let me introduce you to the two amazingly talented women who helped me put this all together…

Kirsten Hope, of Kirsten Hope Web Design, who gave my website a complete overhaul, and was a true joy to work with, and Patti Wunder, of Easton Place Designs, who designed my logo and social media buttons, and is just one of the sweetest people ever!

If you have a website or blog and have been toying around with the idea of  giving it a fresh new look, I can not recommend Kirsten and Patti highly enough!!!

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 1 cup

  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
  • 2 cups sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
  • Juice of 1/2 meyer lemon

Upon talking with Gretchen from Kumquat blog recently, I’ve been considering eliminating gluten for couple of months. I’ve been trying to get pregnant for several years now, and it was brought to my attention that I may have thyroid issues. I feel a bit overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin as I LOVE wheat…Anyway, your testimony is giving me that extra push that I need. You’re pretty amazing, EA, and I’m so so glad to hear that your healthier than ever now ^_^
