I’ll have to check out Lauren’s post, because I’ve never had good luck poaching eggs.
Over the weekend I cooked maple salmon, using real maple syrup. It was SUPER SIMPLE, and so delicious! I Also coked cornbread. Yeah, so random, but had to have it with some chili we had.
The muffins sound wonderful. I can’t eat coconut, but Nick loves it.
these look soooo good, EA! + the picture is just lovely. i’ll definitely be giving these a try soon – they’d be great for breakfast/brunch, or even as an afternoon pick-me-up. yum!
